Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

We do not offer a refund should you change your mind.

You have 1 hour after placing your order to cancel or amend.


Once the order has been dispatched, refunds are only applicable should the order arrive defective or not as described.

Postal delays are not covered by our refund policy, these are to be disputed with Royal Mail.
